Another source of "long money" is intended to be a fund created within the framework of the law on capital repayment. All incoming funds should be used as efficiently and transparently as possible to solve national problems.
On behalf of the Head of State, a Commission has been established to return illegally acquired assets to the state. The working body of the Commission is the Asset Recovery Committee of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
