I warmly congratulate you on our National Holiday – Republic Day!

This day is of great importance for all the people of Kazakhstan. The Declaration of State Sovereignty was the starting point of a new stage in the history of our country. The young independent republic with great historical roots boldly set a course to build a law-based, democratic state.

Today Kazakhstan has achieved considerable results in development, and even more ambitious tasks await us. The Head of State has set before us the goal of building a Just Kazakhstan. I am confident that thanks to the unity of the people, honest and conscientious labour of each citizen our country will reach new great heights!
