As part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State, given in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov outlined key tasks to revise the system of financing of agrarians.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov emphasised that the Address of the Head of State is a strategic reference point for the Government and the entire Kazakhstani society.
At the Government session chaired by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov considered measures to implement the message of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan "Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, social optimism" from 2 September 2024.
In fulfilment of the Head of State's Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Economic Course of Fair Kazakhstan", the Government is working on the implementation of the Roadmap for the removal of bottlenecks and development of the Middle Corridor until 2027 between Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and between Kazakhstan and Georgia, which will increase the capacity of the corridor to 10 million tonnes per year.
Since 1 January 2024, on the instructions of the Head of State, a special social payment has been introduced in Kazakhstan to implement systematic measures to improve social protection of workers employed in hazardous working conditions.
In pursuance of the Head of State's instruction given in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Economic Course of Fair Kazakhstan", the Government has developed and adopted a Comprehensive Programme for the support and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, combining the programmes "Business Road Map" and "Economy of Simple Things".
Measures to implement the Address of the Head of State "Economic Course of a Just Kazakhstan" were considered at the Government session chaired by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov.
