On Saturday, May 27, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov held a meeting of the Investment Headquarters, which considered the rate of capital investments (CII) and foreign direct investments (FDI).
The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov continued a series of meetings with representatives of medium-sized businesses to discuss topical issues and measures of state support. The meeting on May 26 was attended by entrepreneurs from Akmola, Kostanay, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions.
Today at the Government session, chaired by Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov, measures to ensure preparedness for the fire hazard period were considered. Reports were made by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Zulfiya Suleimenova, First Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations Ibrahim Kulshimbayev, as well as the akims of North Kazakhstan, Karaganda and Kostanay regions.
Measures to ensure preparedness for the fire-hazardous period were considered at the meeting of the Government under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov.
The task to provide 100% access to quality drinking water by the end of 2025 is facing the Government of Kazakhstan. The heads of the Ministries of Industry and Infrastructural Development Marat Karabayev and Ecology and Natural Resources Zulfiya Suleimenova reported on the measures planned to achieve this goal at the meeting of the Government.
During his working trip to Abay region, Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov got acquainted with the exposition of the State Historical and Cultural and Literary Memorial Museum-Reserve of Abay "Zhidebay-Borili", met with representatives of the creative intelligentsia of the region and visited several major medical centers.
During his visit to the Abay region, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov inspected the work of the Shulbinsk HPP and got acquainted with the activities of a number of large manufacturing enterprises in the region.
On a working trip to the Ulytau region, Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov visited a number of industrial facilities, met with miners of the Annensky copper mine, familiarized himself with the progress of the overhaul of the Satpayev Central Hospital and the development of the health system in the region as a whole.
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov held the Coordination Headquarters on the interaction of central state and local executive bodies.
